How to Order?
  • Choose your designs
  • use the order notes to enter your nail sizes, base color choice and any other customizations
  • your nails come with all the necessary supplies
  • please note: processing time is up to 14 business days before shipment
  • your tracking info will be emailed to you upon shipment
Sizing you nails
  • order a Sizing Kit
  • be sure to order a sizing kit in each of the shapes/lengths you plan on ordering your sets in, as sizing varies

please note: LKP only uses Apres brand gel-x tips.

Please do not attempt to guess your sizes. Sizes given in millimeters are not accepted. Sizing kits are the most accurate method and a proper fit is crucial. No refunds for sizing issues
What is the return policy?
  • Each set is handmade to order. No refunds, returns or exchanges*
  • Be sure to get a sizing kit in each shape and length you plan to order in
  • Please take a moment to double check that all info (sizing, length, shape, mailing info, etc) is accurate before placing your order
  • Contact me within 24 hours after placing your order for cancellations, modifications or any other concerns you may have

Stolen or Lost Packages

LKP is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. LKP is not required to issue refunds or free replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Once USPS scans a package into their system, USPS becomes fully responsible for the package and LKP is no longer bears any accountability.

If mail is frequently stolen at your residence:

  • Use the Order Notes to request signature confirmation and the service will be added on to your shipping label for free
  • This ensures that USPS must hand the package directly to you or alert you to pick it up at the post office where it's being held

If your package was lost in transit or marked delivered and you're unable to locate it:
Processing Time & Shipping
  • Orders have a processing time of up to 14 business days (Mon-Fri) before shipment
  • Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) typically arrive within 3-7 days after shipment
  • Expedited shipping (USPS Priority Mail) are typically delivered 2-3 days after shipment
